Step 1:     Open the top compartment tray above the air vents and remove the two screws in the inner most wall.

Step 2:    Lever off the plastic grommet in the larger glove compartment on the passenger's side and remove the screw behind the panel. Lever out the panel slightly.

Step 3:    Ensuring that the two parallel teardrop slots are face downwards, hook the upper arm over the lip of the base of the tray compartment and hook the  lower arm under the air vents.

Step 4:    Position the bracket according to taste and replace the panel, grommet, screws and tray to secure.
