Step 1:     Ensuring that the two parallel teardrop slots are face downwards, insert the bracket into the recess to the right of the air vent adjacent to the instrument housing until the grips secure themselves on the interior trim.

Step 2:    Any handset mounting will then be positioned in the zone directly above the console edge below away from any instrumentation.
