74009 Ford Mondeo 2001

Step 1: Remove the radio by using radio removal tool. Disconnect the wires if you know the radio code.If not set radio to the left an protect it from scratching panels.

Step 2: Unscrew the 2 Phillips-screws located in the sides of radio-opening. Unclip the 2 upper switch-assemblies by flipping out gently with a screwdriver. Remove the screws that appears.

Step 3: Grab the centerconsole panel and pull out on the top some 4-5 cm. It is clipped on at the top.

Step 4: Locate Dash Mount on top of left airventduct. For extra stability we recommend to use a self-tapping screw in the hole on the arm. Push panel back into position.

Step 5: Reinstall parts in reversed direction.
( If consolepanel has to be removed completely for extra wiring, you must unclip the panel surrounding the gearshift and remove 2 additional Phillips-screws in the bottom of centerconsole panel. They are hard to see, but use a flashlight.)
