1. Remove the Phillips screw beneath the panel on the driver's side of the steering wheel.

2. Insert a flat bladed tool between the gap in the trim panels above this screw location.

3. Lip the upper arm behind the trim and locate the lower arm in the plastic groove with the Phillips screw.
