1. Unclip the trim panel above the storage tray.
 
2. Hook the bracket around the right hand trim in the recess so that the plate is directed towards the vent/binnacle.
    Use a self tapping screw for added stability.
 
3. Push the panel back into position ensuring that the lower clip engages.
