HONDA Civic 3 & 5 door 01> /not Type R or 2 Dr Coupe

    1.   With extreme care, using a flat bladed tool and protective cloth, unclip the panel housing hazzard switch / cigar lighter: on each side, half way up there is a clip.

Or - Open glove box and access the rear of the gear shift panel: push outwards to unclip.

 
2.       Lever out the panel slightly and slide the bracket under the left hand edge above the clip.
 
3.      Refit the panel to secure the bracket in place.
 
 
NB   The radio has standard ISO DIN connectors for muting purposes which convert to Honda plugs lower down.
