1. Unclip the moulding on the right hand side of the fascia panel, starting at the transmission tunnel end.

2. Locate the bracket with the upper right hand Philips screw at the vent assembly level.

NB Offer up the trim and position it so that it touches the bracket arm: make a mark where the rear edge of the moulding impacts.
Remove the trim and make a careful cut at the marked point, 25mm in length and 4mm in depth.

3. Refit the moulding around the bracket and then clip back into place at the base.
